We want you to be happy with your AlansShoes.com purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase through AlansShoes.com, please send your unworn item back to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to handle an exchange request or refund. Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable, however, free shipping is standard to the 48 contiguous US states.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost. You may also make your own shipping arrangements to have your return sent to:

Instructions for requesting a shipping label can be found on the packing slip included in your order and in your order confirmation email. You may also get in touch with us via our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to help you with your request.

Returned items must be in their original unworn condition with tags (if any) still attached. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we suggest that all of our customers try their shoes on at home, preferably on carpet, before wearing them outside. We cannot accept returns for worn or damaged items.

Returned items should be placed in their original box and packed into a separate container for shipping; please do not damage or place a shipping label or tape directly onto any shoe box. Damaged shoe boxes will be assessed a re-boxing fee.

In rare circumstances, a manufacturer’s defect may be discovered after you wear your shoes. In the event that a defect arises, we are able to accept those shoes for replacement up to 90 days after purchase.

The Shoe House, Inc. will honor your refund or exchange request on unworn merchandise for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. A refund will not be issued without a receipt.
